Mike Lotko
Owner/Agent 38+ years
As a graduate of Bowling Green University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Michael joined Parsons in 1988 as a property, casualty, life and health agent. Today Mike is the President and sole owner of the agency. A lifelong resident of Elyria and the father of two sons, MJ and Josh, Mike has been active in the community, mentoring local youth athletes as well as coaching various youth leagues in basketball and football. He served on Elyria City Council for more than 30 years as past President and the Clerk of Council. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling and playing golf with his wife Cari. His integrity and hard work has earned him numerous awards for insurance production and performance.

Conner Riddell
Agent 7+ years
Conner was born and raised in Elyria and currently resides in North Ridgeville. As a graduate of Elyria Catholic and later John Carroll University he started his insurance journey with Aetna, prior to joining his father, Larry at Riddell Insurance and also partnering with Parsons Insurance. With licenses in Property, Casualty, Health and Life, he can help his clients meet all of their insurance needs. In his free time Conner like to travel with his wife, Madison, and daughter Rhodes. He also still coaches football at Elyria Catholic.

Lisa joined Parsons Insurance Agency in 2005 as a CSR and shortly after became a property and casualty agent. Lisa was born and raised in Lorain, and currently resides in Elyria, with her husband John. She attended Lorain County Community College. She is the mother to one daughter, Deborah and grandmother to 3 and great grandmother to 2. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family, volunteering at Lorain County Metro Parks, visiting Historical Presidential sites and different county metro parks with her husband.
